01General Terms

Ft 77 is an international-standard online Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between ft 77 and its users. By using any of ft 77's services, you are fully accepting and agreeing to these terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. ft 77 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Ft 77's services are available to users aged 18 and above only.
• Ft 77 reserves the right to refuse service to any account at any time, without providing a reason.
• Ft 77's decisions are final and binding.
• The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered the official text.

02Account Registration

To register with ft 77, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is created using false details, ft 77 reserves the right to close it at any time and forfeit any balance held in that account.

Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across them will be voided.

• Your real name, date of birth, and phone number are required at registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• To update any account details, please contact ft 77 Support.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, ft 77 may temporarily suspend it pending investigation.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

Ft 77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a payment method belonging to another person.
• If money laundering is suspected, ft 77 is obligated to freeze the withdrawal and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per day is ৳50,000.

04Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on ft 77, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in specific circumstances — such as an event being cancelled or postponed — the bet will be automatically voided and the stake returned.

In live betting, odds can change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final. You can also use ft 77's Early Cash Out feature to close your bet at the right time.

• Always review the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet.
• Ft 77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet amounts per event are set according to the sport and market.
• If one leg of a combo bet is voided, the overall bet will be recalculated accordingly.
• Any dispute regarding betting results must be raised within 72 hours.

05Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers at ft 77 are subject to specific terms and conditions. If the required wagering requirements are not met after receiving a bonus, both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

The welcome bonus is available to new members once only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.
• For free bets, only the winnings may be withdrawn — the stake itself is not withdrawable.
• Ft 77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Reload and cashback bonuses are offered weekly, subject to specific terms.

06Responsible Betting

Ft 77 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly and never wager more than they can afford to lose.

• If you notice signs of problem gambling, contact Support immediately.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
• Do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to access or use your account.
• Don't chase losses by placing more bets to recover money you've already lost.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Ft 77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons — without prior notice.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Participating in arbitrage betting or syndicate betting.
• If money laundering is suspected.

If an account is closed due to proven fraud, ft 77 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance. However, if the closure is for a legitimate reason, any remaining balance will be refunded.

09Dispute Resolution

For any complaints regarding betting results, payments, or any other matter, please contact ft 77 Customer Support in the first instance. The support team will review your complaint within 72 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident.
• Ft 77's decision is final in all disputes related to betting results.

10Changes to Terms
